These all words are used in informal English. They mean great quantity of or a large number of something.

Roman:

Ye tamam alfaaz informal English me istemal hote hain. Inka matlab bari tadaad me hota hai.

Urdu:

یہ تمام الفاظ دوستانہ انگریزی میں استعمال ہوتے ہیں اور ان کا مطلب بڑی تعداد میں ہوتا ہے۔

A Lot Of / Lots Of
These both words mean a great quantity or number of something.

There are followed 
E.g.

We need a lot of people for it.
He likes lots of butter.

Roman:
In dono alfaaz ka matlab "zada / bohat zda" hota hai.

E.g. Hume isliyen zada logo ki zarurat hai.
E.g. Use zada makhan pasand hai.

Urdu:
ان دونوں الفاظ کا مطلب زیادہ / بہت زیادہ ہوتا ہے۔

مثال

ہمیں اس کیلئے زیادہ لوگوں کی ضرورت ہے۔
اسے زیادہ مکھن پسند ہے۔

A Lot
It means a great deal.

It is used as an adverb and not followed by a noun.

E.g.

I like shopping a lot.

Roman:
Iska matlab "bohat" hota hai. Ye adverb ki tarhan istemal hota hai.

E.g. Mujhe shopping bohat pasand hai.

Urdu:
اس کا مطلب زیادہ ہوتا ہے۔

Urdu:

طالب علموں کو چاہیے ایسے الفاظ کو دیہان سے استعمال کریں۔

"It's" is the contracted form of "It is".
E.g.

It is my book.

Roman:

"It's" short form hoti hain "it is" ki.
E.g. Ye meri book hai.

Urdu:
اٹ از کو کومے کے ساتھ ملاکر  لکھیں تو یہ اٹز بنتا ہے۔ اٹز چھوٹی فارم کہلاتی ہے۔

یہ میری کتاب ہے۔

Its

"Its" is is the possessive pronoun form of "it".

E.g.

Its color is red.

Roman:

"Its" pronoun ki aik qisam hai jiska matlab hai "iska".

E.g. Iska color laal hai.

Urdu:

اٹ از کو کومے کے بغیر لکھیں تو  بھی یہ اٹز بنتا ہے لیکن یہ اٹ از کی چھوٹی فارم نہیں ہوتی۔
